1 tsp Matcha Powder
2–3 tbsp hot water (175°F – not boiling, use your Tea Kettle)
1 tsp Organic Honey (optional for sweetness)
½ cup Califia Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
2 tbsp Organic Heavy Whipping Cream
½ tsp Vanilla Bean Paste

Step 1: Prepare the Matcha
Heat water in your Tea Kettle to about 175°F (not boiling).
In your Matcha Bowl, sift 1 tsp of Matcha Powder.
Add hot water and whisk with your Matcha Whisk until frothy. Stir in Organic Honey if desired.
Step 2: Make the Vanilla Cold Foam + Use Honey water mix
In a small cup, combine 2 tbsp Organic Heavy Whipping Cream, ½ cup Califia Almond Milk, honey or your honey + water mix and ½ tsp Vanilla Bean Paste.
