Favorite Face Masks For Radiant Skin

Summer is a great time to delight in your gorgeous skin! With so many products out there it can become a little overwhelming as to what really helps. I believe it's more about the consistency in which you care for yourself than the actual products themselves. There are great products out there, but if you can't afford them all, no reason to fret beloved, I've got your back!

Here are some ways I've learned to really care for my skin and some of my personal favorite face mask. Albeit, I have not tried every product out there, so it is definitely biased to what I've been able to test out, however, I have some tips and tricks than anyone can try that will surprise you how affordable and accessible they are! Here's to amazing glowing and healthy skin

My favorite mask is the Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay Mask I use this once a week and it makes such a huge difference in my pores and the radiance of my skin! I like to do a hydrating mask afterward I've loved the  Karuna Face Sheet Mask!  I take the product and extend it down to my neck and decollete, why waste any product, am I right? 

Some tips in ensuring you'll have super healthy and radiant skin are: 

1. Drink a ton of water! Water is the most important thing. You can probably buy the most expensive masks ever but if you're neglecting hydrating your body, you will not get the results you're trying to achieve without giving your biggest organ what it most needs, a healthy dose of H20! 

2. Eat as many vegetables, fruits packed with antioxidants, like berries and such! And try only have processed food and treats once in a while so that your skin has a chance to delight in the nutrients that come from veggies, fruit and whole grains!

3. Be consistent in your skin care! Find a way that you'll begin healthy habits of caring for your skin, daily. Something that helps me is if I don't want to wash my face, I'll start with a face wipe and then tell myself, "Well, you've already started so just finish strong!" This encourages me to go to the sink and cleanse thoroughly! Even if it's just washing your face at night very with a great facial soap like Cetaphil you'll see the benefits after a while of creating this habit! 

4. If you want an instant skin  'pick me up' try this. Mix some baking soda with a little lemon juice and some honey. Apply it to your face and leave on for 5-10 minutes. Then wash with warm water and as you wash it off give your face a little facial by rubbing the mixture in small circles. This exfoliates and hydrates your skin!
