I had the pleasure of working with two incredible artist in Sacramento this weekend. Angelica did my makeup and she just did an amazing job! And Xing took these beautiful photos! STYLE TIP :
Utilize a Spring color tee over a dress shirt and tie it to give it a unique feel to your preppy outfit!
I loved the way the blue paired with the red heels! It just gave it an unexpected pop!

Yesterday my family and I went to the Bay Area Discovery Museum. Oh my goodness, it was AWESOME!! I highly recommend going. Not only is it fun for the ENTIRE family, you have an amazing view of the Golden Gate Bridge! One of my favorite things we played with were these wooden blocks that had hidden magnets inside so as you build with them they would either reject or attract other pieces. My toddler and I were trying to build a foundation and we kept putting pieces that didn't fit together. As the magnets fought with each other in opposition, the thing would just crumble and fall to the ground. Haylee got a kick out of it every time it made the crashing sound. I was a little frustrated that we couldn't build it. So when she got distracted with something else and left the space I stayed and built it on my own. Now with careful attention as to which pieces pulled together magnetically speaking, I finished and my "masterpiece" stood before me,
I got to thinking. This is what life and relationships are like. When you're trying to build your life, or a dream, or a business. You need to find people that are pulling for you. And more often than not we attract what we feel about ourselves. If we are healthy and kind to ourselves. We attract people that are similar. If we are unkind to ourselves and unforgiving, we attract similar people. It definitely gave me a lot to think about. And it also helped me to realize that when people don't want to be my friend or be around me, it has nothing to do personally with me being unable to make connection, it just means we aren't meant to magnetically pull together at this time. And I am okay with that! I hope you know how loved you are today. That you might be strengthened in your inner being today! I love you. Thank you for reading!
