Are you on the hunt for a good slip dress that can be so comfy and oh-so-versatile? Look no further beloved friend, I’ve scoured the internet and have found so many great options for you under $130! There are so many many many ways to wear a slip dress and you’ll be happy to add this to your Fall Wardrobe because it’s something you can rock in the Winter, Spring oh, and probably, Summer. Yep okay! Add to cart! ( If you have the budget) I am always praying for you to never get caught up in spending what you don’t have on something you think might make you feel good. I respectfully encourage you to shop when you have the budget friend, it’s not worth it to get into credit card debt. I know if you’re anything like me you love getting things, NOWWWWW ; but it’s been a hard-earned lesson of mine to learn how to get out of debt and start to give, save, and spend the money God gives me wisely and within my means. You are worth more than rubies and you are loved, precious, and accepted in God’s eye, through his son Jesus and no “thing” can make you feel like you’re craving. Only the unfailing and relentless love of God can give you that feeling of dignity, wholeness, and enoughness that we all crave to feel. I pray this scripture over you and me out of Proverbs 31:25  “Strength and dignity are her clothing, and she laughs at the time to come.”

Ooookay, back to the slip dress, this versatile, chic, and comfy item is a new addition to my wardrobe since I bought this slip dress to wear on dates with my husband a few months ago, however, I got it in a pink color that isn’t versatile. But every-time I put it on, it fits so beautifully and makes me feel so good, the fit is so nice! So in a recent styling session with my style inspiration, Emily Luciano, she noticed there was a huge hole in my closet for neutral dresses that I could wear multiple ways. insert this pictured black dress from Zara that was a style pick from Em. She helped me see what I was missing in my closet and essentially shopped for me and gave me ideas on how to wear more of the clothes that I love. I told her I loved the Anthro slip dress and she had me add a black one (the one in the photo above) to my closet, I am so grateful and in love. Here’s what I learned from our session; If you have something you love and go-to a lot like a certain pant or shirt; shop for it in neutral colors and just wear the heck out of it! I’m super excited to see how many ways I can style this black slip dress because now that I have it in black I’ll be able to wear it more than that pink one.

And yes I hired someone to teach me more about style because I’m not above learning from someone I admire. I love to learn and hiring Emily to uplevel my wardrobe really opened my eyes to some of the style traps I was holding myself captive to. I hope this post was helpful to you in the way of holding your heart, helping you shop, and giving you style inspiration for your everyday life! I love you so very much and I am so grateful for your readership. If you don’t mind send this post to a friend you think would enjoy it as much as you do!

Thank you!
